Magnum Kennel has strived to raise beautiful puppies
that make wonderful pets. Whether you’re looking for
a puppy as a hunting companion or a family friend,
our puppies are ready to become part of your family.
We raise our puppies with a great deal of love and
affection. All of our puppies are beautiful,
intelligent, and well socialized. They combine
friendly and outgoing personalities with the very
best of field and hunting instincts.
Magnum Kennel breeds
3-4 top quality litters per year, selectively
breeding for conformation, health, natural instincts
and temperament. Our litters, when available,
consist of Yellow, Chocolate, and Black Labrador Retrievers. These
litters are normally available spring and summer.
While in our care the
puppies receive a lot of love and affection, which
helps them become well socialized and people
oriented. This is important later if they begin
fieldwork or obedience training. The puppies begin
to open their eyes and ears at about 2 weeks of age.
This is when they really become more active. Before
they go to their new families, we have weaned them
off of their mother’s milk, and onto solid food for
several weeks. The puppies are ready to find a new
home between 7-8 weeks of age. During this time,
they are also wormed and receive their first two
puppy shots.
Before going to their
new homes all of our puppies have a veterinary
inspection, and receive a health guarantee. Magnum
Kennel puppies come with a 3-generation pedigree,
and training and care information. Each of our
puppies is AKC registered. You will receive your AKC
Registration Certificate naming you as the
registered owner with your choice of name for your
new family member. Your puppies name must be
preceded with "Magnum's" in order to honor hip and
eye guarantee - see guarantee for details. We are
always happy to help with any questions you may have
after you’ve taken your puppy home. We want the
puppy and it’s new owner to be very happy. We ask
that you take your puppy in to your veterinarian for
a complete health check within 48 hours of the time
you receive it.
Magnum Kennel puppies
are $800.00 for Labrador Retrievers . We
require a deposit of $200.00 (non-refundable)
to hold a particular puppy. We have a variety of
references from families who love the puppies they
have purchased from Magnum Kennel. For your peace of
mind, we can help you get in touch with some of our
previous customers.
For those of you who
cannot come and pick up your puppy in person, we can
ship to any major airport within the 48 United
States. Before your puppy can fly, we get them an
Interstate Health certificate, as well as organize
all the shipping details for you. We can either
purchase a shipping crate for you or you can send us
your own crate.
Shipment is at
buyer’s expense.
